My first beta user told me my AI coach "wasn't very smart." He was right, but not for the reason I thought. I'm a non-coder building NicheCoach, a business coaching app for people running niche businesses (day trading, ecommerce, content creation, freelancing). Everything is built with AI coding tools. Day 1 of trying to turn my personal cold-call AI into an actual business I'm a licensed real estate agent and I originally built this completely for myself.
