My first beta user told me my AI coach "wasn't very smart." He was right, but not for the reason I thought. I'm a non-coder building NicheCoach, a business coaching app for people running niche businesses (day trading, ecommerce, content creation, freelancing). Everything is built with AI coding tools. A few weeks ago I gave it to my friend, a day trader, as my first real beta user. His verdict: the coach isn't very smart. Generic advice, didn't seem to know anything about his actual tradin
