Claude Code leaves a huge .jsonl behind. I wanted to verify errors and see what actually ran. So I built transcript reader (similar to openai/euphony): turns, tools, agents, diffs, cost, long gaps, blocked hooks. Local-first. Nothing gets uploaded.
