One’s Vibe

About

A gallery of things you can actually try.

AI collapsed the cost of shipping software, and the internet filled with weekend products announced in X replies and Show HN posts. One's Vibe exists to find the ones that are actually live and worth trying — and to put each of them one click away.

Three promises

  • Live Proof. Every project here is fetched by our checker daily. “Live checked” states that fact — and only that fact. It is never a safety, security, or quality endorsement.
  • Build Receipts. How a thing was made — tools, time, AI involvement — is context worth showing, not a purity test. “Built with AI” is a fact here, not a badge or a stigma.
  • Curated abundance. Editorial surfaces lift new and long-tail work instead of crowning one winner. Projects whose URLs die move to the Graveyard, not the trash — a record of what people attempted.

One's vibe, another's poison.

君子和而不同 — value is subjective, taste has standards, and an open gallery holds both. Your poison may be someone's vibe, so the door stays open; the spotlight stays expensive; and disagreement is not a bug in curation — it's the point.

How projects get here

Most of the gallery is discovered: our pipeline reads maker announcements on X, Show HN, and other builder communities, verifies each URL behind an SSRF-guarded checker, captures a screenshot, and drafts the listing. An AI editor makes the first review pass against three questions — can a visitor use it today? is it a product? is it harmful? — and a human editor audits every decision. Makers can claim their page any time by signing in with X, and anyone can submit a project with just a URL — no account needed.

Who runs this

One's Vibe is operated by a human editor working with an AI pair — the same way most projects in the gallery were built. The site itself is vibe-coded: ten days from an empty folder, spec first, and honest about it. Read the full story on the blog.
