Would you use a brainstorming/planning/ideation tool for side projects? This is not a new idea, and I know we see posts about something similar about once a month. I do think I took it farther than others I've seen, but either way I'd still be interested in feedback on this one. Backstory: I've been building side projects with AI a lot (who hasn't?) and I realized that over the past year I've gravitated toward a very structured approach for building new ideas. I define it, research competit

Building made me switch from Claude Code to Codex. Claude’s token usage was too expensive for my workflow. GPT-5.6 Sol + Codex lets me focus on building instead of watching usage limits. Loving it so far! 🚀 @OpenAI @thsottiaux

Dashboard that consolidates sports betting reports from multiple bookmakers without manual data entry.

A coworker who likes betting told me he tracked everything in Excel. 7 months of development later, it became a SaaS. I work as a Data Analyst at a private equity bank. In January a summer intern joined who did a lot of sports arbitrage betting, placing bets across multiple bookmakers at once to lock in profit from the odds difference. I asked him how he kept track of it all, and he said it was just Excel, because nothing built for that actually existed. That idea kept nagging at me, and that

Sync all Basecamp project calendars into a unified iCal feed for Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.

First things first: On the landing page, click on the "demo" link below the Hero section to try it without jumping any hoops ** I'm a long-time Basecamp user and satisfied with its overall functionality. Of course, there are many things that can be improved but that is not the point of this post. *Background* Basecamp lets users create "Projects". These projects are isolated workspaces that contain: members, todos, chat, files, message board, and calendar, etc. My issue was with the scattered calendars. Because I (and every other Basecamp user) creates a dedicated project for different scope of work, even if it is for the same client. For example, at any given time, I may have 4 projects for client-X and 3 projects for client-Y. *My pain point* I have experienced that most clients (especially the decision-makers) do not use Basecamp as often as we--the agency folks use it. They just use it when some reviews or comments are required or some file access. The clients organize their
