Inspired by Mesopotamian divination, I built a site that generates daily omens from the news I built House of IFs as an experimental project; it applies Mesopotamian omen logic (IF weird sign > THEN outcome) to AI. Every day, an AI agent scans current news to construct a new omen. It links today's events to similar sign-and-outcome patterns from recent history. I built a typing practice site where you type today's news and race your own ghost Typing practice always felt like wasted reading time to me. You type random words for 20 minutes and learn nothing. So I made the sentences today's news instead: finish a session and you've actually caught up on the day. Every sentence links to the original article. The part I'm most proud of is invisible. Sentences are rewritten by an LLM, then fact-checked against the source before publishing.
