Job Finder and Application Tool I created a tool to help with finding jobs and generating resumes that AI filters don't instantly block. I'm looking for some feedback on how it functions real world. https://thejobsmith.net I've done a lot of engineering work, but never built anything like this before. But here's the core of how it works: You upload your resume, or multiple resumes, and it parses everything into a profile. Jobs, dates, the bullets under each job, skills. Everything els

I built an AI career platform because job seekers are using 5 different tools to do one thing: get hired I've been working on a SaaS called CareerMatchs , and I'm finally at the point where I want feedback from people outside my own circle. The idea came from looking at how fragmented the job-search process has become. You use one tool to build your resume. Another to optimize it. Another to search for jobs. Building a resume-tailoring micro-SaaS taught me that more features can weaken the product I’m the founder of ApplyBoost, a small SaaS for tailoring resumes to individual job descriptions. While building it, I made the classic mistake of thinking that every related feature would increase the product’s value. I added: AI resume tailoring ATS scanning Keyword matching Bullet rewriting Resume templates Application tracking Follow-up guidance Interview preparation Techni

Bulk-screen resumes with AI that ranks applications and explains every score.

I built a AI resume screening for recruiters, please give me your feedback on it Built an AI resume screener that explains its scoring instead of a black box, tear it apart Been building this for a few weeks: recruiters can bulk-screen resumes and get a ranked list, but every score comes with an explanation of why + a bias-aware summary, instead of just a mystery number. Also generates interview questions per candidate. I built this because I saw the high number of job seekers and so it cou
