I built a personality matching app where onboarding is a conversation, not a quiz Most AI companion apps ask you to pick a character first. I wanted to try the opposite: the user talks first, and the product figures out which kind of AI persona may fit them best. So I built Samagama AI around a conversational onboarding flow instead of sliders, labels, or a giant persona grid. The rough idea: - user answers a few natural questions - we infer personality direction from
