Jumped Fully In: AI Architecture Governance Tool This started as a side idea while working in a W-2, and decided to go for it after getting two small Enterprise deals. All in all, initial product through 6 major iterations (3 complete flops on demos that proved some issues with the original workflow), continuous improvement and feedback, and final release of production version, took 4.5 months. Bootstrapped while doing tech and defense consulting on the side to pay the bills. Site is https
