Four months ago, I launched on a brand-new domain as a hobby project. This past week, it reached: - 5,709 Google clicks - 237,600 Google impressions - 17,755 total page views I’m a marketer, not a developer. I collect trading cards and regularly attend card shows, but finding local events was surprisingly difficult. The information was scattered across organizer websites, Instagram, Facebook, Eventbrite, and local groups. There wasn’t one place I trusted to find them all, so I decided to make it myself. My first attempt in 2025 stalled. I could build a decent-looking frontend, but the backend, submissions, and data pipeline were beyond my vibe-coding skills at the time.
