Why does feature request software cost so much? I have 2 apps, both without any good customer feedback collection mechanism. My apps are very customer focused, and so I wanted a way to figure out specifically which features to build next for my users. I first looked for existing solutions, but most were $20+/month, or self-hosted and difficult to setup.
