Visual progress tracker that transforms AI coding plans into editable roadmaps.
u/Sapos_re · Reddit
I kept losing track of my roadmap while vibe coding, so I built a visual progress tracker When I started building apps with AI, writing the code no longer felt like the hardest part. The hardest part was understanding where I actually was in the project. After a few sessions, my roadmap would become increasingly difficult to follow. The agent would complete tasks, change files, and suggest new steps, but I would gradually lose sight of the bigger picture: What has actually been comple

I built a way to see the decisions behind an AI-assisted project, not just the final repo I kept running into a weird problem with projects I built using AI. Once the project is finished, GitHub shows the result pretty well. But almost none of the process survives. The first approach that didn’t work. The bug that changed the architecture. Many of these tools had tons of cool features which justified the price, but I did not want all of that. I created Simple Feature B

My second paying customer bought a full year subscription. I have mentioned https://semfora.ai before, here and there on Reddit. I haven't talked much about what it really provides. I was hoping to drive up some organic traffic, from people that had the motivation to dig past the beta. Stupid idea, but now that we have passed pen tests and hit the minimum requirements check list for security audits, (see other threads about that) we opened up the beta to everyone. Two days after that(
