Reddit's API policy broke my product, but it's actually a blessing in disguise. My SaaS startup Vinespire was heavily dependent on Reddit's API for lead generation and boosting GEO, but I found out something that broke this dependency completely. Apparently, Reddit's API for commercial usage costs $12k annually, and what's worse is that only a very select few are accepted into their API programme. Mostly enterprises.
