Roast my first SaaS: I’m a marketer who built a GMB review tool for a clinic, but I’m struggling with the landing page copy. I need some brutal honesty from this sub. I’m a marketer by trade and I set up homelabs and do WordPress for clients, but I’ve never actually coded. A few months ago, a medical clinic client of mine hit a wall. They see 400+ patients a day, but only the 1 or 2 angry ones were leaving reviews. The happy ones threw their printed review cards in the trash. Worse, the 3rd

Why does feature request software cost so much? I have 2 apps, both without any good customer feedback collection mechanism. My apps are very customer focused, and so I wanted a way to figure out specifically which features to build next for my users. I first looked for existing solutions, but most were $20+/month, or self-hosted and difficult to setup. Many of these tools had tons of cool features which justified the price, but I did not want all of that. I created Simple Feature B

Fidibeki — Product feedback that finishes the job Building products is what drives me. While working on my own products, I noticed the same problem: feedback comes in, loses context, and users rarely hear what happened next. So I built Fidibeki. Users can report issues directly inside a product with screenshots, audio, or session replay. I can triage everything in one inbox, merge duplicates, track progress, and keep reporters updated. Privacy is built in: session replay
