I built an app called Doom Scroll that hits you with a paywall after 3 miles of scrolling I wanted to build something that targets our actual scrolling habits. The app tracks your real-time thumb distance, displays sarcastic milestones as you go, and locks you out once you scroll a literal "5K" (3.1 miles). I'm currently finishing up the database backend to save user high scores, profile accounts, and extended milestones that go out into Low Earth Orbit for the premium tier.
