I built a personal AI that calls me every week I spent a good part of the last several months trying to build a personal AI that feels like a contact on your phone and not another chatbot. A normal contact 'exists' even when you close the conversation. They remember you, respond when you message, message first, and sometimes call. I wanted to see how closely an AI could work like that, because a contact is an interface people already understand; there's nothing new to learn. What this h
