It throws single words at you, one at a time, and you keep / spark / drop each one on instinct — about a second a decision. Sparks are the important ones: the words you can't resolve yet, and the next round follows them hardest. At the end it writes the whole thing up as a prompt you can paste into Claude or ChatGPT. No login, nothing stored. It's a zero-dependency static site plus Vercel serverless functions, running on Gemini's free tier, so it costs $0 to run. Would love feedback on two thin

You can access it at https://www.podtyper.com Instead of downloading audio files or uploading episodes manually, you just paste a podcast URL (Spotify, YouTube or Apple Podcasts) and it generates a transcript along with AI-powered summaries. PodTLDR.fm — I follow 12 podcasts and listen to none of them, so I built the thing that reads them for me I follow about a dozen long-form podcasts - Acquired, Lex, Hardcore History - and I was permanently 30+ episodes behind. Every new 3-hour drop just added to the guilt pile. I didn't want to listen to them. I wanted to have heard them. So: PodTLDR.fm. Add a podcast, and every time it drops an episode we transcribe it, summarize it, and email you the TLDR by morning - the one-line point,
