Built a planning tool for vibe coders. 3 cold signups so far Twelve years in product, and I hit the same wall everyone hits with AI coding tools. Get to 80%, fix one bug, break two others, credits draining. I realized the AI just couldn't see the big picture. So I built Zalcro, a planning tool that sits in front of Lovable, Bolt, and Replit and gives your AI phase-by-phase prompts before you start building. Behind the scenes, it produces a detailed Architecture Document, Diagram and most
