I built a personality matching app where onboarding is a conversation, not a quiz Most AI companion apps ask you to pick a character first. I wanted to try the opposite: the user talks first, and the product figures out which kind of AI persona may fit them best. So I built Samagama AI around a conversational onboarding flow instead of sliders, labels, or a giant persona grid. Yep, I recently shipped Flora, Mostly vibe coded with Cursor. The biggest win wasn't writing code faster; it was being able to iterate on product ideas much faster. You still need to guide the architecture and catch subtle bugs, but it's been a genuinely good experience.
