I built an AI career platform because job seekers are using 5 different tools to do one thing: get hired I've been working on a SaaS called CareerMatchs , and I'm finally at the point where I want feedback from people outside my own circle. The idea came from looking at how fragmented the job-search process has become. You use one tool to build your resume. Another to optimize it. Another to search for jobs. Then YouTube/Google/ChatGPT to figure out how to prepare for the interview

Built an AI job matching tool + Chrome autofill extension — the "boring" bug that taught me the most this month I built Riseply after my own job search made me want to throw my laptop out a window. Two pieces: AI matching that scores job postings against your resume so you're not scrolling through everything, and a Chrome extension that autofills the actual application forms so you're not retyping the same info on every ATS. Laid off after 25 years in consulting, so I built the job-search tool I wished existed I got caught in the tech layoffs after 25 years in client-facing consulting, and the job hunt itself turned out to be the worst-designed workflow I'd ever seen.
