Email and productivity assistant for Google Workspace that answers with interactive widgets you approve.

Solo-built an email agent where the AI literally cannot act on its own — the architecture is the pitch Building SmolMail ( https://smolmail.com ) solo for a few months. Two build decisions turned out to be the whole product: Widgets over prose. Every answer renders as a real component (calendar grid, email list, editable forms) and the model only picks the props — so the UI can't hallucinate. The calendar shows what the Calendar API returned, period. No write tool, on purpose. Email

I got so frustrated with all of the busywork that was building up in my email inbox that I built something better. Housecat is the first email inbox that helps you get real work done. Our email connects to the other services you actually use like your Claude, Notion, Slack, CRM and Github and makes it easy to send messages and data between them. So if you need to update the CRM with a new lead, track a Github issue or ask a question of a colleague in Slack, you can do it all from right inside of

Anyone down to test each other's tools? (socks stay on) Hey all! I've been a lurker for a number of years and I think it's finally time for me. I built a tool that I think might actually be worth something! At its core it basically unifies every customer’s texts and emails into one shared conversation and is built for setting up AI agents to run your communications right from within the platform. It has a lot of moving parts but I think it can genuinely be the next big platform for man

Hey HN, I built an email deliverability SaaS with a RAG system. It's trained on all my knowledge and hundreds of real deliverability use cases from 4+ years experience as an Email Deliverability Specialist on Upwork. It solves a frustration problem a lot of businesses are experiencing. I'm looking for feedback so let me know in the comments.

Headless Tools – No UI SaaS tools for agents

Give AI agents real email inboxes to receive and respond to messages independently.

Give your AI agent a @yourcompany address. Shipped the domain part this week and it's free We've been building email for AI agents. The idea is that an agent gets a real inbox, not a webhook, so it can receive things and answer in thread like anyone else on your team. The piece that was missing until this week was the address itself. Every agent lived on our domain, which is fine for a demo and wrong for anything real, because a domain where anyone can grab a free address in ten seconds loo

Rewrite your emails to sound appropriate for different cultures and audiences.

I built a Chrome extension that rewrites emails for different cultures — would love feedback on the website Hey everyone, I've been building MailPolish — an AI tool that polishes emails, letters, and texts so they sound right for different cultures. Not just translation, but actually adapting tone, formality, and etiquette (e.g., a direct "Please send this immediately" becomes softer and more indirect for Japanese business culture). It works as a Chrome extension inside Gmail, a Gmai
