Spent a year building a poker study app with two friends. Here are the year-one numbers, including the one paying customer. I started playing live Texas Hold 'em poker about a year ago. At first, I believed it was all luck. But then quickly I realized something - sure, there's an element of luck, but how could some players win more consistently if it was all luck of the draw? I read a bunch of books and picked up some of the math, and my game improved some - but I couldn't tell by how much.

I videcoded an app like duolingo but for poker! Mostly with claude code and codex. My open claw agent runs bug hunts throughout the day and night and pushes fixes automatically. it also looks for bad design or design that is hard to understand and opens github issues for those automatically.
