I built a AI resume screening for recruiters, please give me your feedback on it Built an AI resume screener that explains its scoring instead of a black box, tear it apart Been building this for a few weeks: recruiters can bulk-screen resumes and get a ranked list, but every score comes with an explanation of why + a bias-aware summary, instead of just a mystery number. Also generates interview questions per candidate. I built this because I saw the high number of job seekers and so it cou
