Persistent memory system for AI agents that survives across sessions and devices.

I built a persistent, Git-like memory engine for LLM agents so they never lose context across session. works with ClaudeDesktop <—> Claude Code <—> Codex

Add persistent user memory to your AI agents with a single SDK.

Built a memory layer so I stop re-explaining my project to every AI tool Every new Claude or Cursor session starts from zero. Same stack, same conventions, same things I already tried and dropped, explained again. Agent Magnet fixes that. Learns as you work, shares one memory across Claude, Cursor, and Codex. Team memory too, one person learns something, the rest of the team has it. Not the first tool trying to solve this, a few others take the retrieve-everything approach.

Add persistent memory and knowledge to AI agents with drop-in files, URLs, and native MCP integration.

Connect AI agents to a shared Project Brain so they remember architecture and project decisions.

After 6 months of building, here is AgentHelm – a shared Project Brain for AI coding agents Hey r/SideProject , I’ve been working on solving a problem I kept hitting while building with AI agents: agent amnesia . When you run autonomous agent fleets (or even single coding assistants), each agent operates in a silo. Agent A fixes an API edge case, but Agent B 10 minutes later makes the exact same bug because it has no memory of Agent A’s fix. AgentHelm acts as a mission control plane a

Vibsync – One Shared Memory for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex (MCP)

Give AI coding agents persistent memory of your repository to maintain context between sessions.

Share context across AI agents so they remember your codebase and task history.

AI agents have amnesia — Claude Code figures out the codebase, an hour later Codex starts from zero. So I built a shared memory + task board for every MCP agent — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI: Is this just my problem? Help me find out.
