Jumped Fully In: AI Architecture Governance Tool This started as a side idea while working in a W-2, and decided to go for it after getting two small Enterprise deals. All in all, initial product through 6 major iterations (3 complete flops on demos that proved some issues with the original workflow), continuous improvement and feedback, and final release of production version, took 4.5 months. Bootstrapped while doing tech and defense consulting on the side to pay the bills. Site is https

This is why I have not been able to trust vibe coding-driven stuff that much. A very controlled and limited form of vibe coding is only helpful. My best vibe coding use has been UI and CSS and graph building. Like this one: this one I can defend, can fix myself because I know basic CSS stuff.

Connect AI agents to a shared Project Brain so they remember architecture and project decisions.

After 6 months of building, here is AgentHelm – a shared Project Brain for AI coding agents Hey r/SideProject , I’ve been working on solving a problem I kept hitting while building with AI agents: agent amnesia . When you run autonomous agent fleets (or even single coding assistants), each agent operates in a silo. Agent A fixes an API edge case, but Agent B 10 minutes later makes the exact same bug because it has no memory of Agent A’s fix. AgentHelm acts as a mission control plane a

Map software architecture, dependencies, and ownership to help teams and AI agents understand systems.

i built a living architecture map after redrawing the same stack for every project heya, i'm a design engineer at 8starlabs. i just launched canopy. i kept redrawing architecture diagrams for hackathons, work, group projects, and side projects. they were useful at first, but quickly became outdated. canopy turns your stack into a living map. you can import a github repo, see services and dependencies, track costs and ownership, publish maps, and export context for ai coding tools. try i

Vibe coding a smart wallet is high-stakes. One logic gap and the funds are gone. We bridge that risk by turning messy vibe thoughts into verified schemas and API maps. Build fast, stay precise. 🏛️

I typed two sentences. My AI canvas built two fully working tools. No templates. No setup. Needed two things simultaneously — a client proposal for a freelance project AND cold emails drafted differently for pre-seed VCs vs angels. Normal move: open Notion, open a Google Doc, open a spreadshe

I want to be brutally honest - my team and I built an AI code repo analyzer and we are having trouble getting even our friends and family to use it Looking for helpful feedback on where are we going wrong - we have pitched to companies and individuals and everyone we talk to says that keeping up with and understanding code bases is getting harder and harder as AI moves things so quickly but we are not seeing users even try it out on free accounts.
