A writing app for focused sessions that erases progress if you leave the tab.
u/Automatic_Flow_7587 · Reddit
imagine a writing app that won't let you leave until you're done. leave the tab, lose what u've written. i was building a small writing platform around one simple idea: make distractions expensive . you start a timed writing session, choose how long you want to focus, and commit to staying in the tab until the timer ends. if you switch tabs, minimize the window, or leave the page, the entire session is deleted (ofc with the countdown first). it sounds brutal, but it's surpris

End of an era for me. I just moved web app out of Bubble, to a version i custom built with Claude. No Code gave me wings back in 2023, but it cannot compete with Claude in 2026 imo. Forever grateful to @bubble though. It changed my life.

I've played Wordle-likes for years and always wanted to build my own, but I never had an idea that felt like mine. The push came from a strange place. Half of what I read these days is written by AI, and it's never short. Every email, every doc, twelve words where five would do. At some point I said the phrase out loud, long story short, and realised it was

The best writing app for authors. One intelligent home for your entire book, with Robin, an AI co-author who knows your whole story and protects your voice.

Building the home for authors (WriteinaClick) - one place for the whole book, not another AI writing tool Building Write in a Click: a home for authors where the entire book lives - planning, drafting, editing, world-building, version history, exports, shared workspaces. One place instead of a scattered mess of docs, notes apps, and outlining tools. The part I care about most isn't AI. It's that most writing tools handle one slice (drafting, or outlining, or notes) and authors end up stitch
