I built a weekly letter instead of a chatbot, and two channels brought me exactly one visitor I spent a few weeks building the opposite of what everyone ships right now. No chat, no app, no push notifications. One email per week, written for the specific person reading it, based on a short questionnaire they fill in once. If they reply, they get an answer the next morning. That delay is deliberate: the whole point is something that arrives and waits until you have time, instead of asking fo
