About three years ago I started teaching myself to code, mostly because I got obsessed with it, not because I planned to build a SaaS. I made an AI generated Cowboy ad for my free browser game as a joke but it brought in 70 new players been building a free one tap arcade game solo since mid July (loopchomp.com). growth was all reddit posts until last week i tried something a silly ai video a 15 second video of a cowboy betting viewers he could hit a bullseye, and if he did they had to play my game. he hit it. cost me like $4 in api cost . Has anyone else replaced their marketing budget with a ai video model?

Looking for honest feedback on the productivity app I've been building finally got tired of juggling 5 different productivity apps, so I've spent the last few months building my own. I call it BusyMind AI. instead of just storing notes, it tries to help you turn thoughts into actions. A few things it can do: AI summarizes messy notes and pulls out action items automatically. Records voice notes and has them transcribed. Built in calendar for scheduling events, tasks or reminders.
