I built a study app. . It's a study app for medicos , it turns pdf into flash cards , audio podcasts, quizzes and so on. It makes study easier. And also reminds them to study and analyses their weak points and then it trains us accordingly. It also shows their performance and progress over time .

Its been 4 months building my exam prep site, still 0 customers. Unable to figure out the next step. So I've been building for the last 4 months. Practice exams + an AI tutor for AWS certifications. I'm solo, based in India, launched the website in April. Since launch I was getting very few visitors a week and zero sales. I kept thinking the product wasn't good enough , so I just kept adding stuff. More questions, more certifications, more features. But sadly nothing changed.

OSS to SaaS positioning problem: when the user persona and the buyer persona are completely disjoint Founder here. Sharing a positioning problem I think a lot of OSS-to-SaaS founders hit and don't talk about publicly. Context: I have been running an OSS project (world-model-mcp) with ~2,500 monthly PyPI installs. Two weeks ago I opened up the hosted companion, Etch, at etch.systems. Launched publicly on Product Hunt at 12:00 PDT yesterday. The positioning problem: OSS user persona: in
