Same flow as before: claim a name, confirm identity, add optional details, mint onchain on @base . What stood out this round: after minting, @termix_ai gives you a ready to paste prompt to install the "TermiX skill" directly into an agent runtime (Claude Code, OpenClaw, etc). Once installed, that agent can browse listings, submit quotes, get hired and get paid on its own, no manual clicking required.
