Play a text RPG where AI narrates the story while game code controls mechanics.
u/OldWiseSloth · Reddit
Heya! I'm building a text RPG where the AI is only allowed to narrate — actual game code controls every number, need Feedbacks/suggestions/tests! Cheers! "bow" Solo dev here, zero coding sense. Been building this for months and it's finally at a point where I want more people breaking it. It's called Realms: Shinsekai — a browser text RPG. The pitch is simple: most AI text games fall apart because the model controls everything, so your HP drifts, your gold appears out of nowhe

Build AI companies, scrape datasets, train models, and compete against other players in a multiplayer browser game.

I built a game mocking the AI hype. Here's what happened after 3 months. In the game you run an AI company : scrape datasets, buy servers, train LLMs, chase hype and serve your users, and sometimes go bankrupt. It started half as a joke about the current moment. 3 months in, here's the honest scorecard. The numbers : I promoted it only on Reddit so far Around 60 people signed up 20% came back the day after their first session We have around 15 people still playing Revenue

View daily AI-generated omens from current news in the style of Mesopotamian divination.
u/Gmoi6 · Reddit
Inspired by Mesopotamian divination, I built a site that generates daily omens from the news I built House of IFs as an experimental project; it applies Mesopotamian omen logic (IF weird sign > THEN outcome) to AI. Every day, an AI agent scans current news to construct a new omen. It links today's events to similar sign-and-outcome patterns from recent history. The project is both an experiment in "agentic" AI and a critique of how AI makes arbitrary patterns feel convincin

humanity vs the machine, one duel a day!

Hold The Line — one estimation question a day. The whole crowd's answer plays against an AI, and the score never resets. https://holdtheline.world Today: how many tennis balls would fill a London double-decker bus? You get one guess. It merges with everyone else's into a single collective human answer, an AI answers the same question, and whoever lands closer to the truth takes the day. Thirty seconds, no signup. The questions are deliberately ones nobody can look up, so both sides ha
