AI-powered app for capturing notes, managing tasks and calendar events, and organizing busy ideas into actions.
u/Accomplished-Top8168 · Reddit
Looking for honest feedback on the productivity app I've been building finally got tired of juggling 5 different productivity apps, so I've spent the last few months building my own. I call it BusyMind AI. instead of just storing notes, it tries to help you turn thoughts into actions. A few things it can do: AI summarizes messy notes and pulls out action items automatically. Records voice notes and has them transcribed. Built in calendar for scheduling events, tasks or reminders.

The core idea: instead of High/Med/Low (which fails because everything feels high), you get three buckets -- Now, Next, Someday -- and a hard cap on how many items "Now" can hold. When it's full, adding something new means consciously swapping it for something alread

Add your weekly tasks to a notebook-style spread, and decide what carries over each Sunday.
@faruque · X
TodoWeek: Works like a paper notebook, one week per spread, and every Sunday you decide what todos slide over to next week, and which ones get dropped. Mostly vibe coded with Claude Fable + Laravel 13 Vue starter kit.
