B站这是第三次出海了，前两次都死了，这次有点不成功便成仁的感觉，把招人启事都贴到x上了哈哈哈😄 第一次出海是 第二次是白图标国际版，2025年7月官宣8月就下架，官方说主站粉版已覆盖国际功能。看起来像撤退。 今天是第三次。同一个包名，版本号从停更已久的3.20.4直接跳到6.2.6，粉图标加地球，第一次把全球创作者写进对外叙事。 2025年下架白图标不是认输，是拆掉一个只能看不能建社区的半成品。内部时间线至少走了一年。 这次到底变了什么呢？？？ 第一，免实名写进了主推文，不是藏在设置里。上一轮海外用户卡死在中国身份证，这轮直接拆掉。 账号和内容国内国际网页互通，国内UP主可能自动获得一层海外分发。 第二，AI原声翻译。2025年8月就上线了保留UP主声线的AI翻译，今年1月先上了Bilibili Studio国际版。 以前出海死在外国人看不懂中文口播，现在能看还能听见你的声音。 第三，他们来了X，没去微博开发布会。Discord接反馈，英文账号正面回盗转投诉。账号不叫Bilibili Official叫Creator Hub。 因为他们要招的人——独立动画、VTuber、AMV、同人音乐——话语场就在X。这是以往B站官方几乎没有过的姿态。 为什么是现在？ 国内MAU 3.76亿见顶，DAU 1.15亿，人均时长119分钟已经是公司纪录，总营收只增7%。2025年刚盈利，终于有钱再打一次。海外需求早就在了，Bilibili World 2026向190多国售票，护照购票占13%。8月27日发Q2财报，上线卡在8天前。 国内见顶，刚盈利，AI成熟，存量海外用户，财报窗口。五层叠在一起。 最反直觉的判断：他们没在打YouTube全场。 YouTube对动画和中视频越来越不友好，儿童内容误伤、demonetize。B站基因不是短视频算法，是中长视频加弹幕加兴趣圈层，战场是ACG、知识、游戏这类YouTube服务不好、TikTok又太短的内容。 字节出海把抖音切成TikTok，B站反着来，同一个名字新加坡主体做防火墙。赌的是bilibili这三个音节在二次元圈已经有认知，换皮会丢掉唯一的资产。 对创作者一句话：这是一个还很空的第二平台期权，不是新主业。 双语、视觉优先、AC
