Jumped Fully In: AI Architecture Governance Tool This started as a side idea while working in a W-2, and decided to go for it after getting two small Enterprise deals. All in all, initial product through 6 major iterations (3 complete flops on demos that proved some issues with the original workflow), continuous improvement and feedback, and final release of production version, took 4.5 months.
