Built a Blog2Video generator to save $30K in costs, ended up making $6K in revenue I ran an agency and relied on blogs to get clients. As time went on SEO plateaued and content shifted from written to video. So I contacted a video editor to convert my blogs into videos, they were charging $300-$500 per video. I built a TypeScript library for LLM-driven Live2D characters I’ve been building Charivo, a TypeScript library for adding an LLM-driven Live2D character to a web app. It can listen, talk with lip sync, and use expressions and motions while speaking. I kept writing the same glue code to connect Live2D, LLMs, and speech, so I turned it into a library.
