Reduce unnecessary tokens in prompts to lower API costs for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok.

Solo founder, first SaaS. Honestly not sure how to get from “it works” to “people use it” Okay so here’s where I actually am right now, not the polished version. Spent months building this on my own. It’s an AI/SaaS tool called Token Optimiser that trims unnecessary tokens out of prompts before they hit the model, so you pay less per call without losing what the prompt actually needs. It’s live at https://www.tokenoptimiser.com , I ran it through a proper benchmark to make sure the numbers

Turn keywords and half-formed ideas into refined prompts through interactive word curation.

I built a brainstorming tool where you flick single words by instinct — 30s demo ou type in a half-formed idea. It throws single words at you, one at a time, and you keep / spark / drop each one on instinct — about a second a decision. Sparks are the important ones: the words you can't resolve yet, and the next round follows them hardest. At the end it writes the whole thing up as a prompt you can paste into Claude or ChatGPT. The clip is one real session — seed was "make our team meetings

Create custom apps and tools in your browser without writing code.

Hey HN, I'm really excited to share Emra with you. The yc description would be: It's like "Notion meets Lovable". It's a workspace where you build full apps using AI and every app sits on one shared database and service layer. Generated apps are always editable, and (coming soon:) can interact with each other in the workspace. I'm of the opinion that the cost of software will go rapidly to zero (I don't think that's too surprising to any of you), but there will always be room for effort and creativity. Emra is essentially built for the future where every person is a developer. Essentially personal software for everyone. So far I've built notes apps with a 3d graph view to see connections, a video editing app and a canvas design tool (figma clone) with export capabilities, as well as a collection of project management tools and games. Right now the most satisfying thing is being able to fix a bug I run into in around the same amount of time that it takes to send a bug report in any tr

Redact, edit, OCR, and sign PDFs in your browser without uploading files.

I built a PDF redactor that auto-detects names, SSNs, and account numbers without sending your file anywhere - works on your phone too. Free, no sign-up. Plenty of redaction tools upload your file to their server first (no thanks for legal/medical/tax docs). Some keep the file local but send the text off to an AI, so the text still leaves. And most of the truly local ones only let you draw black boxes by hand, which is how those "redacted" documents in the news keep getting un-r
