I launched 2 SaaS. First failed brutally. Second hit $5k MRR in 3 months. What worked and didn't. tldr: My first AI SaaS failed because I built blindly, outsourced marketing, and had no clear ICP. My second product hit $5k/mo in 3 months because I built an audience first, obsessed over SEO and distribution, and targeted a specific niche. I launched my first AI SaaS last year, kept it alive for about a year now. It's making less than $50 mrr and i'm thinking of closing it. Here's what went

Check if your website is mentioned by ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini.

I built a tool that asks ChatGPT the same question 7 times, because a single answer is basically a dice roll Not a developer by trade. Built this solo over the past few weeks with AI coding tools. The idea came from a simple problem: people keep asking "does ChatGPT recommend my site?" but if you only ask once, you get a different answer every time. I tested this and the same question mentioned my site 3 times in one run and 0 times in the next. So I made a thing that asks ChatGPT, Gemini

I built a tool that tells you why a website “looks vibe coded” and how to improve it. Some of us use vibe coding because it’s insanely fast, and honestly, a lot of the results are pretty good. But there’s also this weird thing where you open a website and can almost instantly tell it was vibe coded. Same cards, same rounded corners, same gradients, same spacing, same component-library feel. People usually just call it “AI slop,” but I wanted to understand what actually creates that feeling.

Built a small SaaS with vibe coding: TikTok Ads Second Opinion. Upload a TikTok Ads CSV → see profitability, funnel leaks, campaign performance, and what to fix first. Now I’m looking for people to break it. 😄 #tiktokads #vibecoding #buildinpublic

I built Rofix a SEO audit engine that helps developers and founders find what’s hurting their websites Hey nightriders, I’ve been building a side project focused on helping SaaS founders, indie hackers, and developers understand their website SEO without needing expensive enterprise tools. The idea came from a simple problem: Most SEO tools are either: ● Too expensive for small projects ● Overwhelming with hundreds of reports ● Focused on rankings instead of fixing actual issues I wanted to build something more developer-friendly: a tool that crawls a website, analyzes important SEO signals, and gives actionable feedback. What currently does 🔍 Website crawling ● Scans pages and analyzes technical SEO factors ● Finds missing metadata, issues, and optimization opportunities 📊 SEO audits ● Checks titles, descriptions, headings, links, page structure, and more 🔗 Link analysis ● Helps discover backlink opportunities and understand link profil
