我妈要把我家猫绣成十字绣，找不到合适的图纸工具，于是自己写了一个 起因：我妈绣了十几年十字绣，拿着我家猫的照片问我"这玩意能不能变成图纸"。找了一圈现成工具，不是要注册就是要订阅，导出还带水印，于是一怒之下自己撸了一个 → https://crossstitchpatternmaker.app 先说原理，免得显得像个套壳：照片降采样到网格 → 用 CIELAB 空间的 Delta-E 色距匹配到 454 个真实 DMC 线号 → 输出带符号和绞数估算的 PDF 。 技术栈：TanStack Start + Cloudflare Workers + D1/R2 。 但我妈嫌自动配色不如她手挑的线准。程序员 vs 一线业务用户，果然是普世矛盾。 欢迎拍砖，尤其是颜色匹配这块，总觉得还能再准一点，有大佬有相关图片转换算法的也欢迎分享讨论~

I built using Claude Code, but life got busy, and I eventually abandoned it. I opened it again recently and discovered that 45 real engineers had signed up to try it. Now I’m seriously thinking about picking it back up and building it into an actual product.
