Built a VOD review tool for Valorant esports fans/coaches — solo, ~8 months in vods.space lets you watch pro VODs with timestamped navigation, build playlists, and get ML-derived stats instead of just scrubbing through raw YouTube footage. Under the hood it's a CV pipeline (YOLO-based minimap detection) for round boundaries, ffmpeg for frame extraction, and Claude for generating tactical insights. Latest feature: natural-language search across your own playlists — you can de
