Four months ago, I launched on a brand-new domain as a hobby project. This past week, it reached: - 5,709 Google clicks - 237,600 Google impressions - 17,755 total page views I’m a marketer, not a developer. The information was scattered across organizer websites, Instagram, Facebook, Eventbrite, and local groups. There wasn’t one place I trusted to find them all, so I decided to make it myself. My first attempt in 2025 stalled. I could build a decent-looking frontend, but the backend, submissions, and data pipeline were beyond my vibe-coding skills at the time.
