We kept asking ourselves one question for a year and a half: can an AI actually design a scalable backend from a description of how it should behave, not demo-ware, something that holds up in production? 3 days into testing whether vibe coders want to become micropreneurs One thing I’ve been thinking about a lot is how AI changes what kinds of software businesses are worth building. A lot of ideas used to be too small to be venture-backable. The market was too niche, development was too expensive, and supporting the product made the economics hard. AI changes some of that. It makes it much cheaper to build highly specific software for smaller groups of customers. That’s the experiment b
