Track your total compensation including salary, equity, bonuses, and tax impact.

I built a total compensation tracker because spreadsheets kept lying to me about my RSU income Currently in big tech and it was always a toss up figuring out what my comp was whenever the market made big moves. I'd forget about vesting cliffs, miscalculate the tax hit on RSUs, or completely ignore how a sign-on bonus amortizes over 4 years when comparing offers. So I built CompPilot , a compensation copilot that tracks salary, equity/RSUs, bonuses, and taxes in one place. What it does:

Analyze pull requests to understand changes, distinguish important modifications from trivial ones, and identify potential regressions.

I've always struggled to hold a large PR in my head. AI-assisted coding has made it worse. Especially when dozens of files are modified, it became harder to understand what changed: distinguishing important changes from trivial ones and identifying if regressions were introduced. I was also tired of switching between file and method to build the whole picture in my head — I wanted all the context at the point of the function I was reviewing. I guess I'm just more of a visual person. I realized t

Practice mock interviews and salary negotiations using your CV.

I built a tool that runs mock interviews + salary negotiations off your real CV; would love feedback While preparing for an interview this week, I "accidentally" built thomot: you upload your CV and a job posting, and it runs a realistic mock interview (voice or text) followed by a salary negotiation roleplay with an AI, then scores your performance and tells you what to fix. It also has CV improvement and cover letter generation features. It's live and free at thomot . I temporarily dis

I got laid off and create a job tracking app, wdyt? I am interested in any feedback around a job tracking app I created for myself. I was using google sheets to track applications and I eventually vibe coded my way to this app. This felt like a waste of effort to not try to share. Right now I'm genuinely curious how this feels to someone new to it. This is still my only way of managing my job hunt. I'm too close to it to be objective, so what do think? https://job-tracker-tau-eight.verce
