I built Pastepile because I was tired of re-explaining the same context to Claude and Cursor I originally built Pastepile as a fast way to share code, logs, configs, and text without creating an account. While using AI coding tools, I kept running into another problem: every new session meant explaining the same architecture, decisions, debugging history, and project context all over again. I built a cost-efficient AI SRT subtitle translator This kind of product already exists in the world, but either it is too expensive or the way their software ask AI to translate is too inefficient, leading to many errors. The main thesis is, I love watching youtube videos of summarized horror stories, and after some research I knew that these stories originated from Chinese Douyin and Billibilli (their version of Tiktok and Youtube).
