Rebuilt my 2 year old SaaS after realised I got it wrong, would love feedback (with a permanent discount!) So I’ve spent weeks rebuilding Uini because I couldn’t shake the uncomfortable feeling that I’d built the wrong thing 2 years ago. It started as a feedback widget that would use AI to aggregate answers into a table. It asked everyone the same question at the same time and hoped the right person was paying attention. I realised that isn’t really how UX research work, it was more just

Analyze cryptocurrencies with AI-assisted technical analysis showing trends, key levels, and risk-scored setups.

I built a risk-first crypto analysis web app (plus a free profit calculator) after getting tired of hype-driven tools For the last few months I have been building CryptoYaan, a browser-based crypto analysis app, because most crypto tools either scream "to the moon" or quietly bury the risk. I wanted something that talks in plain language and always shows the downside first. What it does: Analyze any coin across Binance, Bybit, OKX and MEXC: trend, key levels, and a scored setup with en

the boring internal tool became the product we didn’t start with a saas idea. we were just annoyed that every agent-built UI looked weirdly related. so we made an internal finish gate: real screen references, a design contract, browser checks, and a ban list for generic AI defaults. one developer kept asking why it wasn’t public. eventually we stopped having a good answer. now UIZZE has a few paid users. builder disclosure: it’s mine, $9/mo or $99 lifetime: https://uizze.com current

Check if AI bots can crawl and cite your website.

Built a tool to check if AI can actually see your site (not just Google) Hey r/SideProject , I kept running into the same thing while building in public: people obsess over Google rankings, then ask ChatGPT or Perplexity a buyer question and… their product isn’t there. So I built BatSignal. It’s a simple AI visibility check. You point it at a site and it helps you see whether AI systems can even find you, understand your pages, and mention or cite you in answers. Think crawl access, co

Extract structured data from PDFs automatically using AI for automated workflows.

How should I revive my Saas after 300 hours spent developing To provide context, a couple months ago I created a pdf to JSON ai extraction engine. I know... There are hundreds of products like this but for me the value proposition is that other solutions were heavy weight, expensive, non intuitive templates, and was slow. Therefore I created my own and I met my goals. I see genuine value in my product but the lack of users says otherwise. I think my best option is to build on top of this
