I built an app that pays you to see ads. Here's how it funded my Claude Code for free. ⚠️ Real talk: Claude Code is $200/month. That's expensive when you're shipping fast. So I built something stupid simple. What is Install it. Leave it running on your laptop. It shows you ads in the background (quiet, not annoying). You get paid per ad. Done. Here's the math: •Average: $0.50–$2 per day (varies) •Average dev session: 6 hours •Monthly: ~$15–$45 (depends on traffic + location) Not "get rich quick." But it's "get Claude Code 80% cheaper quick." Why I built it: Watching X. Saw devs in replies saying "Claude Code is great but I can't justify $200/month." Thought: What if the ads you're gonna see anyway... paid you? The honest part: •Ad networks rejected me 3 times (fraud concerns) •Finally found one that worked •Took 2 weeks to integrate •Earnings are spotty (geography matters) You give me permission to show you ads. Built FixAds: an explainable daily diagnostic for Meta ad accounts I'm Mattia, I build FixAds. This started as the side project I wished existed when I was reviewing Meta ad accounts by hand. Dashboards show plenty of data, but the useful part of a review is noticing a specific campaign, ad set or placement that has quietly become expensive. FixAds connects with read-only Meta access and turns the checks I used to make manually into a daily diagnostic. It looks for patterns
