Rebuilt my 2 year old SaaS after realised I got it wrong, would love feedback (with a permanent discount!) So I’ve spent weeks rebuilding Uini because I couldn’t shake the uncomfortable feeling that I’d built the wrong thing 2 years ago. It started as a feedback widget that would use AI to aggregate answers into a table. It asked everyone the same question at the same time and hoped the right person was paying attention. I realised that isn’t really how UX research work, it was more just
