Twelve days, thirteen to two thousand

The domain went live on June 30. The gallery opened with thirteen well-known AI products — Suno, v0, bolt.new — so the first visitor wouldn't land in an empty room. Then, on July 1, the automated scouts came online, and in the twelve days since, those thirteen became 2,139.

Opening with thirteen

A gallery with nothing on the walls is a bad first impression. So before the doors opened we hung thirteen products everyone already knows — Character.AI, ElevenLabs, Hugging Face Spaces and ten more — as a baseline. The domain itself went live on June 30; those thirteen are dated a little earlier, which is why the timeline below starts the day the site did.

The scouts wake up

On July 1 the automated discovery pipeline came online: four agents that read “drop your project” threads on X, Show HN, Reddit, V2EX and a curated Chinese indie list, check every URL is actually live, and hang the survivors on the wall. The next day alone added 202. The gallery now grows while everyone sleeps.

The climb

500 on July 5. 1,000 on July 7 — two days later. 1,500 on the 10th, 2,000 on the 12th. From the first thousand to the second took five days, and the curve is still bending upward, not flattening.

Where they came from

X is still the continent everything else orbits — 1,495 of the 2,139. But the newest arrival is already the second-largest source: 351 from a curated list of Chinese indie builders, mined for the first time this week. Show HN, Reddit, Product Hunt and a handful of GitHub homepages fill in the rest.

Written along the way

The dots on the curve are the notes we published while it climbed — the census volumes, the field guides, the weekly edition.

Every project counts from its published_at. The thirteen seed products are dated before the domain existed, so the timeline begins on June 30, the day the site went live; a few projects were later hidden or archived, leaving the gallery visible today a little below the cumulative 2,139. Snapshot: July 12, 2026.
