I built an app that tracks what you don't buy buymenot.app Spending gives you something immediately. Restraint gives you nothing. You skip the purchase, feel good for a minute, and there's no receipt, no number, nothing to look at later. Every budgeting app I've used tracks what I spent. None of them track what I didn't.
