Built a DIY calculator site in a weekend — betting on "boring tools" over content After my last project (an AI debate platform) got rejected by AdSense for "low value content," I went the opposite direction: no content treadmill, no AI features, no backend. Just genuinely useful calculators. studandslab.com — 10 free calculators for woodworking and home projects (board feet, stair stringers, concrete, drywall). Everything runs client-side, so hosting is free and every visitor costs me $0.
