做了一个专门找“真正全球远程职位”的小网站，欢迎拍砖 大家好，最近做了一个很小的远程职位网站： https://realjobworkfromhome.com/?utm_source=v2ex&utm_medium=community&utm_campaign=launch 起因是我在找远程工作时，经常遇到一个问题：职位标题写着 Remote ，点进去才发现只招美国、欧洲某些国家，或者要求固定时区重叠。 所以这个网站不追求职位数量，主要聚焦一种岗位：招聘信息中没有国家、地区或指定时区限制，理论上可以从世界各地申请。 目前有这些功能： - 按职位名称和公司搜索 - 按开发、产品、设计、市场等分类筛选 - 展示薪资、合同类型和截止时间（原始职位提供时） - 直接跳转到雇主招聘页面申请 - 每周邮件精选 网站是英文的，因为目标用户是全球求职者。技术上使用 Astro 做静态生成，职位和公司都有独立页面。 我不想把它包装成“最大的远程职位站”，方向反而是少而明确：尽量减少点进去才发现自己不能申请的情况。 想请 V 友帮忙拍砖，尤其想听听：

We are a platform that helps companies connect with remote talent from around the world. Most job boards charge employers high fees, and some even charge job seekers to access premium job listings. That's ridiculous! Users shouldn't have to pay to look for jobs. We're doing our best to help both job seekers and companies
